A 6-week program built to provide a more in-depth experience for students to develop themselves personally and professionally.

Welcome! Resume and LinkedIn Workshop | Tue, Aug 27 | Curl Hall | 7-8pm

Learn how to create and structure a resume that is reflective and representative of your experiences. This event will also go over how to set up and maintain a LinkedIn account, as well as utilize it to grow your network with other students and professionals. Please bring an electronic device to access and edit your resume and LinkedIn!

Week 2: Personal Branding & Resume Review Sponsored by Kohl’s | Tue, Sep 3 | Raney Bolder Room | 7-8:30pm

Put your resume to the test! Bring some printed copies of your current resume (preferred) or an electronic version to be reviewed by Kohl’s professionals and WIB exec members to get feedback and suggestions. This will be an interactive session and a great opportunity for networking!

Week 3: Becoming a Leader 101 with Rachel Moore | Tue, Sep 10 | Raney Bolder Room | 7-8pm

Discover the essential skills and mindset needed to become an effective leader. Join Rachel Moore, a Partner at Goldilocks, as she shares her insights and experiences on leadership development, team management, and how to navigate the challenges that come with being in a leadership role. This session is designed to help understand what it takes to lead with confidence, inspire others, and make a meaningful impact.

Week 4: Winning the Interview Process sponsored by PwC | Tue, Sep 17 | Houston 1974 Room | 7-8pm

In this session learn all about how to interview from the professionals! How to Interview Night will be sponsored by PwC and will be presented by PwC recruiters. Learn from the best on how you can ace your future interviews.

Week 5: Expanding our Networks & Professional Dress | Tue, Sep 24 | Raney Bolder Room | 7-8pm

Building a strong professional network and presenting yourself with confidence are key to career success. In this session, you'll learn strategies for expanding your network, both online and in-person. We will also cover the different forms of professional attire based on occasion.

Week 6: Networking Night | Tue, Oct 1 | Mason Rotunda | 6:30-8pm

Put all your business bootcamp skills to practice. Spend the night networking with other students, alumni, professors, and professionals from various companies! Please be sure to dress business casual.
