Hi everyone! I’m Marlie Moner, and I’m so excited to serve as President of Women in Business this year. I’m a third-year student double specializing in Finance and Marketing. I joined WIB during my freshman year and have been involved ever since! Previously, I’ve had the pleasure of serving as the VP of External Relations and as a member of the Women’s Month Committee. WIB has become one of my favorite parts of Ohio State. The people, events, and overall community are something I’m extremely proud of. I encourage everyone to get involved, meet other amazing women, and gain confidence through all that WIB has to offer! Outside of WIB, I work as a Peer Advisor and am part of the 29th Honors Cohort. When I’m not in class or at meetings, I love running, baking, cheering on the Buckeyes, and spending time with friends. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you ever want to chat or grab coffee. Talking about Ohio State and WIB over a latte is truly one of my favorite things!

Hi! My name is Ashvi and I am a senior majoring in Finance and minoring in Social Psychology. Professionally, I am extremely fascinated by VC and Asset Management. Outside of WIB, I work as an OnRamp Innovation Analyst at Fisher and am part of the Finance Honors Cohort. I also love painting and singing in my free time! WIB means so much to me as it is a safe and empowering community of incredibly amazing women. I am deeply honored to serve as the upcoming year's Treasurer and contribute to WIB's continued success - looking forward to meeting you all!

Hi everyone! My name is Harika, and I am so excited to be serving as the VP of Marketing for WIB this year. I'm a junior majoring in Marketing with a minor in Economics. WIB has been an essential part of my time at Ohio State, allowing me to grow professionally and form meaningful connections!  Outside of WIB, I'm also a TA for BUSMHR 2292 and Marketing Director for HerCampus OSU. In my free time, I love reading, painting, traveling, and listening to music. I'm so excited for the upcoming year and connecting with all of you! 

Hi everyone! My name is Allison Smith, and I'm from Berea, OH. I am a senior majoring in Logistics Management and minoring in Communications. I'm so excited to serve as WIB's VP of Mentorship this year! I can't wait to help foster community within WIB through making mentorship pairings and planning events. I love WIB because it has brought me so many amazing friendships and opportunities!

Hi! My name is Jenna Hanlon and I am so excited to serve as the VP of Professional Development for this upcoming school year! I am a third-year student specializing in Accounting with a minor in Spanish for Business. Since joining WIB my freshman year of college, I have been able to learn and grow alongside people I would consider to be huge part of my OSU family. Outside of WIB, I am a member of the 29th Honors Cohort and the Business Scholars Leadership Council, where I serve as the VP of Philanthropy. I will also be working as a Peer Advisor this upcoming school year. In my free time, I enjoy working out, creating art, photography, trying new foods, and spending time with friends. I cannot wait to get to know each and every one of you throughout this school year!

Hello! My name is Courtney. I am a junior majoring in Information Systems with a minor in Sociology. I am so excited to be serving as VP of Special Events! I can’t wait to put on fun and engaging events with both of my committees this year. Prior to this role I was on Women’s Month Committee and it allowed me to really feel at home with WIB. Outside of WIB I work at the RPAC, and am involved with the Nonprofit Industry Immersion Program. In my free time I love reading, shopping, and doing outdoor activities. I am so excited to meet new people and work together with the rest of the Exec Board to make another great year of WIB Wednesdays!

Hello! I’m Anusha Kathiravan, and I’m so excited to be serving as Senior Vice President of Women in Business this year. I’m a third-year student majoring in Accounting with a minor in Nonprofit Management. WIB has truly become my community here at Ohio State, and I love it because of the incredible opportunities it offers to grow professionally and connect with other women who are passionate about business. In my free time, I enjoy getting into a good TV show, baking, listening to music, and going on boba runs. I can’t wait to meet you all and make this an incredible year together!

Hello everyone! My name is Olivia Abbott, and I’m a senior specializing in Operations Management. I’m thrilled to be serving as WIB’s Vice President of External Relations this year! Over the past year, WIB has given me countless opportunities to learn, grow, and connect—and I’m incredibly grateful for that. I’m excited to give back by collaborating with our dedicated alumni and valued sponsors to help support the growth of other members in our organization. In addition to WIB, I am also the Event Chair for the Ohio State Music Industry Club. In my personal time, I enjoy exploring Columbus and cheering on the Buckeyes. Here’s to another fantastic year for WIB. I can’t wait to see what we achieve together!

Hi everyone! My name is Hannah Mathey, and I am so excited to be serving as WIB's VP of Member Relations this year. I am a junior studying Accounting with a minor in English, and I've been involved in WIB since my freshman year. I've grown so much by being a part of this organization, and I hope to continue creating opportunities for connection for all members. Outside of WIB, I love cooking, traveling, sitcoms, and being outdoors. I'm looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of you!

Hello! I’m Sydney Ciota and I’m so excited to serve as the VP of Philanthropy for WIB this year! I’m an international business and pre-law major, and a creative writing minor. This will be my third year involved in WIB. Outside of school, I love to travel, ski, exercise, and read. In the past, I’ve been a part of the Gala and Women’s Month committee’s and am so thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of the executive board this year. I can’t wait to continue to meet and work with many more inspiring and passionate women through the organization!

Hi, I'm Jo Edwards and I am thrilled to serve as the VP of Programming this year! I am a junior majoring in Accounting with a minor in History. I joined WIB at the beginning of my freshman year and have been actively involved ever since. Outside of WIB, I am a Mentor for the Humanities Scholars Program, hold a chair position in my sorority, Delta Zeta, and work at the Off-Campus and Commuter Student Engagement Center, where I help manage the Off-Campus Housing Network. I am looking forward to organizing exciting events and getting to know all of you!
