Hi everyone! I'm Milan and I have the honor of serving as the President of Women in Business this year. I am a third year student specializing in Human Resources with a minor in Organization and Performance Psychology. Previously with WIB I've had the pleasure of serving as VP of External Relations and being a member of the Philanthropy Committee. Outside of WIB I serve as the President of FisherCares, and I'm a member of the Human Resources Association and Business Scholars. Additionally, this will be my second year as a TA for BUSOBA 2320. Hi! My name is Ashvi and I am a junior majoring in Finance and minoring in Social Psychology. Professionally, I am extremely fascinated by VC, PE, and Asset Management (Equity Research). Outside of WIB, I work as a Peer Advisor and as an OnRamp Innovation Analyst at Fisher and am part of the Finance Honors Cohort. I also love painting and singing in my free time! WIB means so much to me as it is a safe and empowering community of incredibly amazing women. Hi! My name is Ava, and I am so excited to serve as WIB's VP of Professional Development this year. I am a junior majoring in accounting and minoring in public policy. I joined WIB in the fall of my freshman year and ever since have loved it. I enjoy crocheting and running in my free time. Starting your professional career can seem daunting. I plan to use this year to teach others tips and tricks on how to navigate the professional world and find their place within it. Looking forward to getting to know all of you!

Hello! I'm Anusha Kathiravan and I am honored to serve as the VP of Philanthropy. I am a second year accounting major with a minor in non-profit management from St. Louis, MO. I am excited to continue my passion for volunteerism and giving back to the community with you. In addition to WIB, I will also be serving on the Leadership Council for the International Affairs Scholars this year. In my free time, I love getting hooked into a good tv show, baking, listening to music, and going on boba runs!

Hi! My name is Peyton Purpura and I am a third-year Logistics major with a minor in International Business. I am also involved in intramural sports on campus as well as Buckeye Buddies where I play sports with the disabled students on campus. I love sports, more specifically women's college basketball, and my favorite player is Paige Bueckers. This organization has given me numerous opportunities and valuable skills that I will use for the rest of my life, and I am forever grateful. I'm so excited to be serving as the VP of Programming this year and creating even more memories together!

Hello, everyone! I'm Lily Jones, and I've been a member of WIB since my freshman year. Now, I'm thrilled to serve on the executive board as the VP of Mentorship. WIB has given me with the tools and skills necessary for success as a woman in business. Additionally, it has facilitated some of the most meaningful friendships I've formed during my time here. Outside of Women in Business, you'll find me participating in group fitness classes at the RPAC or North Rec, as well as spearheading marketing efforts for PenPals. This year, I'm excited to organize events for alumni, mentors, and mentees, and to connect with even more new members in WIB.

I have been a member of WIB since my first semester freshman year, and it has provided me with amazing opportunities to grow professionally and meet other women who are passionate about business. Hello everyone! I’m Marlie Moner, a sophomore majoring in Finance. I am so excited to serve as WIB’s VP of External Relations for this year! I am incredibly passionate about WIB as it played a significant role in my growth at Ohio State this past year, and I can’t wait to begin my work with our amazing sponsors and WIB alumni. Along with WIB, I am involved in Undergraduate Business Council as Director of Community Events, Business Scholars, and a Resident Advisor. Outside of my classes and involvements, I spend much of my time running, baking, cheering on the Buckeyes, and hanging out with my friends on the oval!
