Belonging & Inclusion Committee

Hey ladies! My name is Sameeha Rahman and I'm so excited to work alongside some amazing women to drive the discussion of belonging and inclusion in business! I'm a current junior double majoring in Finance and Logistics. I absolutely love WIB and have found myself learning valuable information at not only every meeting I go to but every person I meet, this organization is truly filled with some of the most hardworking and loving women! Outside of WIB, I love painting, trying out new restaurants, volunteering, and a fun new activity with friends! I'm so excited to be a part of the Belonging and Inclusion committee and can't wait for the awesome year ahead of us!

Hi, I’m Eva! I am a marketing major with a minor in Spanish. I’m involved with a variety of organizations, such as the Morrill Scholarship Program, Fisher Cares, and Undergraduate Business Council. I’m really excited to be a part of WIB, especially in a committee that focuses on something I’m passionate about. Outside of school, I love tennis, music, and spending time with my friends and family. I am excited to meet more people and represent the Belonging and Inclusion Committee here on campus!

Hi guys! My name is Natalia Garcia Islas and I'm a sophomore majoring in Marketing. I was born in Mexico but I grew up in Costa Rica and then moved to Cincinnati, OH in middle school. I love hanging out with my friends and family. Some activities that I love to do are pilates/yoga, shopping, traveling, and going to concerts. I'm so happy to be part of WIB and the Belonging & Inclusivity committee and it has definitely made my college experience so much better!

I am a senior studying operations management, and I am currently not a part of any other organizations at Ohio State. I am a huge fan of the arts, and I participated in choir in middle school and high school, theater in elementary and middle school, and danced non-competitively for seven years.
