Jennifer Nguyen

Hi everyone! My name is Jennifer Nguyen and I am thrilled to lead the DEI committee this year. I am a senior studying Marketing with a minor in Hospitality Management. Joining WIB was the best decision I made during my freshman year. I have had so many opportunities to grow and become the best version of myself. With this role, I hope to promote DEI in our organization and create meaningful/fun events. I'm also excited to create more memories with our current and new members! Outside WIB, I love traveling, trying new restaurants, playing tennis, and hanging out with my friends!

Ariela Broussi

Hi everyone, I’m Ariela! I’m a freshman planning on majoring in Industrial Design and pursuing a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. I became involved with WIB so I could strengthen my business skills and ultimately run my own design company. I spend my free time finding good places to eat and watching psychological thrillers. I’m so excited to be on the DEI committee and look forward to all the new connections and memories I'll make.

Nora Dimitrov

Hi! I'm Nora Dimitrov and I am apart of the DEI committee in WIB. I'm a second-year with a major in finance and a minor in legal foundations of society. I joined WIB to work with an incredible and inclusive group of women who's goals align with my own. Although I joined this year, I've been able to connect with a diverse group of women who have not only become my friends, but helped me with my professional development. Other than WIB, I'm apart of Law and Society Scholars and you can find me reading for book club or working at the RPAC. I'm excited how we can grow DEI within WIB and to meet everyone at our events!

Maria Porras

Hi! My name is Maria Porras, I am a third year studying Human Resources with a minor in Spanish. Since joining, WIB has had such a positive impact on my college experience. The incredible friendships and opportunities have been the best and I'm so excited to serve on the DEI committee this year! I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to learn alongside as they are each so outgoing and ambitious. Another organization that you will find me in is College Mentors for Kids, I am equally as passionate about this organization and its mission of empowerment through education alike WIB through the empowerment of women. For fun, I love to cook, run, scroll through pinterest and zillow, and try new things around campus with my friends :)

Ava Nguyen

Hi! My name is Ava Nguyen, and I am a second year accounting major. I am so excited to be apart of the DEI committee this year and further understand what DEI means in the lives of all members. Outside of WIB, I love to crochet, run, and watch sports. When I joined WIB last year, I loved the community of driven women and I want to continue to meet everyone!
