Career Fair Committee

I joined the Career Fair committee with an aim facilitate invaluable connections between current members and companies. It has been an amazing experience being on the committee where I had the chance to develop essential professional and personal skills while growing alongside other committee and WIB members!

Hi! My name is Sydney Hoffman and I am a second year accounting major. Some of my favorite things to do are traveling and shopping. I am involved in my sorority Pi Beta Phi and off campus I work at Abercrombie & Fitch. I wanted to join WIB because I am my most confident and best self when I am surrounded by people who uplift and support me. I knew that WIB would provide me with that positive community to help me succeed. I also want to provide that empowerment for other women as well, which is why I was so excited to be apart of the career fair committee. I know that for me personally career fairs are so stressful and nerve-racking, so I was so happy to help make a less intimidating networking environment to give our members a more comfortable and successful experience!
